We ship all items USPS via Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes as we find this to be the best value for our customers.
We Calculate Shipping: You will be charged for the actual cost of the flat rate box plus an additional mandatory $5.00 insurance and handling fee per box. This fee is used to purchase additional insurance to cover the full value of the package content. Due to the nature of our product, packages often contain hundreds of dollars’ worth of items which would not be fully covered by the $50.00 USPS insurance that is included with Priority Mail flat rate boxes. With the additional insurance in place, should any items be damaged in transit we will ship replacement items right away so you do not have to go through the hassle of filling a claim and waiting for the USPS to decide if they will cover the claim. When the $5.00 Insurance/Handling fee does not apply: Orders with a value of less than $50.00 will be covered by the USPS insurance already in place for Priority Mail packages. Unfortunately, our website platform will not deduct this $5.00 fee at the time of check out so we will send a refund for orders valued under $50.00 when we process the order.
Shipping Damage Claims:
Should you have any problems with a package or product being damaged in transit please be sure to follow the instructions below:
- Be sure to send us photos of the damaged box before you open it. Send us a clear photo of the label on the box Be sure to send all photos and a list of damaged items to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure NOT to remove the plastic shrink wrap from any of the items as all returns must have the shrink wrap still on them for inspection purposes. ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT / DELIVERY. Please wait for us to contact you with details and instructions via email.
Imperfections & Defective Blanks Due to the nature of our product and the manufacturing procedures there may be a small percentage of imperfections in the metal or paint finish. It may be a small spec of dirt or even an insect that gets caught in the coating process or it may be a chip, dent or bend in the aluminum. Unfortunately, our product is not a perfect one and does have at times small imperfections. This is due to the way the raw aluminum is made and handled. Some of it will occur while being painted and coated or during the milling process. Our product comes with a small defect rate which in most cases does not affect the final product once it is printed on. We do spend the time to inspect each part as they come off the line and we do remove the ones that we deem as unacceptable. At other times we cannot see some defects because of the film that is covering the metal. To keep our prices as low as possible and to be able to offer a fair quality product, we unfortunately do not accept returns on these random and occasional imperfections. When you take into account the savings you enjoy by purchasing our product over other products considered to be of higher quality, you will find that our product, even with its small percent of imperfections, will allow you to increase your profit margins far above the other products. In all fairness, we do what we can to replace any items that have an unusually and excessive number of defect(s) that may be caused by machining errors such as mechanical flaws on a continuous run. The only way to avoid having to deal with having these small issues or imperfections is to upgrade to a “better” product which I regret to say we do not offer. Unfortunately, there is no perfect product on the market that we know of that will be free from these types of defects, but some other brands do claim to have a “better” product, but it is 3 to 4 times higher in price than our product and it still has problems of its own which are different from ours. (It has been known to split or peel along the edges.) We trust that you will understand the reasoning behind our policy. We strive to make and supply the best product and value possible. GENERAL RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our product all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be granted for reasons other than damage or defective issues. Should a return request be authorized, the customer must ship the merchandise back to Blankswarehouse.com within 10 business days of receiving an authorization number of return postage label.
DAMAGE CLAIMS UNDER $50 IN VALUE:
Damage claims less than $50 in value must be handled directly by the customer and the USPS (or appropriate shipping vendor). Regarding orders that ship USPS Priority Mail, please contact your local post office or go to www.USPS.com to file a damage claim. You will be required to present the damaged packaging and product to your local postmaster for inspection so be sure to retain the packaging and product.
Should Blankswarehouse.com approve and accept a return request, customers must comply with the following guidelines. Failure to do so may result in an overturn or denial of your return request.1. All damaged merchandise or products sent in error, MUST be returned to signchicken.com before a refund or replacements can be sent. 2. All returned items must remain in the original shrink wrap for inspection purposes. Items must be returned in their original condition.3. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees and charges. Packages / returns must be shipped using a tracking number and delivery confirmation services. The tracking number and ship date must be supplied to Blankswarehouse.com before the item is shipped. 4. ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- NAME ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, INVOICE, NUMBER, RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT, A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE RETURN ISSUE.
PROCESSING FEES FOR CANCELATIONS / REFUND REQUESTS: All payments made, and orders are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE 8% processing fee should the customer’s request for a refund or cancelation be approved by signchicken.com.
FRAUDULENT CLAIMS: Should Blankswarehouse.com find evidence of fraud or theft in related damage claims or refund requests, all related parties, information and evidence will be submitted to the proper legal authorities for further investigation and prosecution.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. As items are discounted all sales are final, please. Please be aware that delays are possible depending upon current order volume and or issues beyond our control.
*** Please note we must be notified of any damage or shortage on orders within 48 hours of receipt. For Blanks customers shrink wrap MUST remain on all blanks for inspection purposes. Photos of the product(s) as well the shipping boxes and labels will be required and must be sent to us via email immediately. When accepting a shipment please check for any visible damage to the pallet or boxes. If damage is noted be sure to have the driver note it in writing on the receipt bill of laden and have the driver sign you copy of the receipt / bill of laden as proof and or acknowledgement of damage. Please be aware that damage claims will not be processed if these conditions are not met. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
